CanadaTotally different color
I know it is hard to show the colors correctly on different computers but the thread I ordered was not even close to the picture.

The images we get are right from the manufacturer, and should be very accurate (again, it may depend on the end device you are using, and how the colours are set on your phone, monitor, etc.) It's very possible you were sent the wrong thread colour by mistake.
