Shipping Exception Policy
During EPIC Sales events, it may take up to 14 business days before we send your order. If you have many fabric cuts, it may delay your order.
If you change your mind on what you ordered, we will refund you up to 30 days after your purchase. The product must be in new condition, smoke-free, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued.
Please note: we charge a 20% restocking fee on ALL returns.

If you received an item in error, please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return it to us easily. We will ship you out the correct item as soon as possible, and we pay for shipping on any mistakes we make.
If you change your mind and no longer want your pre-order items, please notify us right away. If your pre-order hasn't shipped yet, we will refund the full amount of your order, or ask if you would like an equal substitute. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
