How do I use my Dinkydoo Reward points?
It's easier than you think!
Need some help redeeming your Dinkydoo Reward points? Look no further! Our new feature allows you to redeem them right at checkout. However, you do need to be logged in first, which you can do here.
Next, proceed to checkout as normal to the payment screen. Under the payment methods, you'll see the option to redeem the coupons you've earned. Click "Redeem" and voila! It will reduce your order by the same amount.
Tip: If you don't see the "Redeem'" screen, simply refresh the website, and it should appear!
There's another way to check your points and redeem your coupon code! When logged into your account (if you haven't already, please log in here), there will be a pink bubble at the bottom left of your screen with the zebra on it.

Click on that and a bubble will pop up with "way to redeem" as one of the options. Click there, and then click on whatever you'd like to use. The points will be automatically deducted from your account, and a code will be generated. Write the code down!
When at checkout, there will be a box that asks if you have a gift card or discount code. Enter the code and hit "Apply". You will see this amount as a line item deduction.
Points can be redeemed in 4 denominations: 4,500 for $5, 9,000 for $10, 22,500 for $25 , and 45,000 for $50. Only one discount can be used per order.
Discounts can't be applied retroactively. Points expire after 180 days of no activity on an account, and refresh entirely any time there is activity.

Want to redeem a gift instead? Here's how to do it!
First, click the pink Rewards Icon on your screen.
Next, choose the gift you want to redeem. Click "Redeem" or click "View" to see a gift you've previously redeemed.
Then, click "Redeem"
Next, you will receive a gift code. If something happens and you don't complete checkout, this code will remain in your app so you can try it again later, and it will also be emailed to you, so you don't have to worry about losing it.
Click "Add product to cart"
Your gift will be in your cart now, and will be FREE! Please note, standard shipping rates apply unless you qualify for FREE Shipping with an order of $199+, or you can email us to add it to your existing, unshipped order. Enjoy!
