I drove out to the store to shop for background fabric to use with a fat quarter bundle i purchased from their online store. The staff was very approachable and helpful. This is a gem! I love all the fabrics.

Placed the order on a Wednesday and the order shipped the following Monday (well within the time frame indicated on the website). The fabric is soft and has a very nice hand and matched quite closely to what I was viewing on my monitor (as opposed to other online fabric stores I have ordered from in the past). As of yet, I have only ironed it slightly to get the shipping creases out, and cut some 1.5" strips from the yardage (I got 3 meters which all came together in one continuous cut YAY!!). So far it has been a very nice fabric to work with, matching the selvage to make straight cuts was super easy and nothing horrible happened (always a bonus). I received copious amounts of emails from Dinkydoo about the progress through their internal systems and was happy for the updates. I am also super happy to have found a Canadian fabric supply company that doesn't charge me more for shipping than the items I am purchasing, so Dinkydoo will be seeing much more of me in the future!
