While the prices are good I do find the processing times long, even during COVID. I also wasn't happy that I couldn't cancel a preorder item (yes, I know it says final sale) even though I tried to cancel it within a few minutes of the order being placed. I was in the wrong but I just felt that with the preorder not to be shipped until January, it wasn't like they tried to understand.
