Return Policy (Excluding Full Bolts and Rolls of Batting)

If you've changed your mind on an order you've received, we will refund your purchase to a gift card or store credit up to 30 days after your purchase. The product must be in new condition, smoke-free, unwashed, and contain no pet hair or other flaws. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to a gift card or store credit.


We do not refund pre-cut fabric bundles that have been opened. 

Any fabric that's been cut for your order will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee**. "What is cut cannot be uncut."

Return Policy (Wrong items received)

If you received an item in error, please contact us and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can return it to us easily. We will ship you the correct item as soon as possible, and we pay for shipping on any mistakes we make.

Please do not send the package without contacting us first. We'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. Email us at info@dinkydoo.ca

Return Policy (Full Bolts and Rolls of Batting Only)
Due to being oversized and the extreme cost of shipping rolls of batting, if you wish to cancel an order containing full bolts of fabric, interfacing, and full rolls of batting, a 20% cancellation fee** applies.

Discount Refund Policy
If you forget to use a discount on your order, or there is a technical issue with your discount or code, please contact us at info@dinkydoo.ca. If you are eligible for a current discount, your discount will be refunded to store credit or a gift card.

Rewards Program Points for Signing Up

Due to fraudulent orders,  only one gift card per customer, per household, per customer name can be used on a single order from gift cards earned from signing up to our rewards program. You may only use gift cards you have earned yourself, or have received as a gift from an order where the gift card was paid for with real money. Orders will be canceled automatically if this happens. 


**Our company is also charged a cancellation fee on full bolts of batting, fabric, and interfacing from our suppliers due to cancellations on special order items like full bolts and rolls. When a customer cancels an order with us, we must also pay high cancellation fees. We also lose all transaction fees from Shopify and PayPal, which keep these fees on all cancellations. On top of that, due to the large volume of orders we are placing, refunds like this mean we end up with a disproportionate amount of stock which can negatively affect our business. We hope you understand.
