We want you to be happy with your order! We understand that sometimes the fabric you pick isn’t the right match for your project. If you aren’t satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving your order, let us know why and we will refund your purchase. You must pay any shipping costs incurred to send the item back to us. Once the item is received, we will refund and cancel the item off of your order. If you would like a new item, you must create a new order.
Please note the fabric must be unused, smoke and stain free, and will need to be in it’s original packaging before a refund is issued, so we can resell it again. Please keep the original packaging to make return shipments easier and more cost effective. Once the returns are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued right away, and will be deposited or credited back to your PayPal account or credit card within 5-7 business days.
Mistakes can happen! We are truly sorry if you received an incorrect order, or if the fabric has a defect that we didn’t catch before we sent it. If so, the shipping is on us. Contact us to arrange your return and we’ll get a replacement out for you ASAP.
