Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes - as long as any fabric has not been cut. What's been cut cannot be uncut. Please keep in mind: If you cancel, we might never have it again, and someone else may buy it. We carry limited stock on all popular collections. Be 100% sure you no longer want it!
Special order pre-order items that include full bolts of fabric (Kona, Bella, Essex, Colorworks, etc.) and rolls of batting are final sale only. We place our orders for full bolts and rolls with our distributors who also subject us to cancellation fees, as well as we also are penalized with non-refundable transaction fees on all cancellations. If you absolutely must cancel, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. We hope you understand.
I am an International (Non U.S.) customer. How will my pre-order ship? All International (Non U.S.) orders ship complete. If you have multiple pre-order items on your order, it will be sent when all items are available. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as this may cause additional delays. For the quickest delivery, please place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items.
When will my pre-order ship?
Your pre-order ships as soon as we receive it! Please note, if you have in-stock items on the same order as your pre-order items, your whole order will ship complete when your last pre-order items become available. We strongly encourage you to place a separate order for your pre-order items. Not only that, but you can save up to 20% on select pre-order collections as part of our Dinkydoo Pre-Order Club. I.e. if you order a Jelly Roll that is due in August, and a Layer Cake that's currently in-stock, both your Layer Cake & Jelly Roll will be sent in one single shipment in August.
If you make a mistake and need an in-stock item right away, we are able to invoice you separately for shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
How can I check which pre-orders I currently have?
You can check your existing pre-orders by logging into your account. Simply click on an order number that is "Unfulfilled" to see the items you are still waiting for. You will also see each item's expected release date.
Do I pay up front?
Yes. We order your fabric up front, specifically for you, to make sure we can reserve it for you. Unlike other shops, we don't charge you a reservation fee.
Why is my fabric late?
Occasionally, due to the popularity of a collection or due to manufacturer and distributor delays, all delivery times are approximate. We strive to get all collections when they are due to come out, but sometimes there may be delays beyond our control.
