Late arrival

My purchase in July didn't arrive until December (was a pre-order that was supposed to arrive in September) Although I appreciated the quick reply when I sent an email about my concerns, I was frustrated that this item came so late as now I don't have time to make my project for a XMas gift. I will not purchase any preorder items in the future but only stock you have in store. I haven't worked with the fabric yet, so I can't comment on the quality of it yet. Thank you..
