Received the wrong colours/amounts/missing fabrics from a large order placed 2 months ago. I knew one was a pre-order, but was not contacted when there was a delay in shipment because of a mix up with the supplier. I was only made aware because i contacted them regarding the status. My order was then misplaced, and then received with quite a few messups. The company was good at rectifying the situation, but it's been very frustrating and i likely won't purchase from here again and keep it local.
