Click on the Pink "Rewards" tab on the bottom left-hand side of your screen. You must be logged in to your account to see your rewards balance.

Do my shipping costs count towards my spending to achieve perks?
Yes! Shipping is a cost that counts towards achieving your next perks tier. Tax, however, does not count.
Is shipping completely FREE if I have the Supreme Sewer (VIP) FREE Shipping perk?
You have the FREE Shipping perk for ALL orders when you become a Supreme Sewer! This perk expires on your yearly anniversary. In order to receive this perk again when it expires, you will need to earn your way to the Supreme Sewer tier again.
Does my VIP FREE Shipping apply to Club Memberships, i.e. Glide Clubs?
Unfortunately, due to how low the price is for the clubs, as well as the extra bonus of a FREE Month, FREE Shipping is not valid for Club shipments.
I haven't shopped with you in over 6 months. Where are my points?
Please note, if you haven't made any purchases with us in 6 or months (180+ days) your points will expire. You will receive several email reminders leading up until this date.
I canceled an order, where did my points go?
When you cancel an order, the rewards points you were granted are removed from your balance.
Can I spend points I earned in-store with my online purchase and vice versa?
Yes! Both in-store and online purchases are considered the same.
How long are my perks active?
Perks reset each year. If your program anniversary is January 1st and you spend enough to move to the next Tier on March 31st, you will enjoy the benefits immediately. You will be "reset" and moved to the first Tier again on January 1st of the following year.
Do I get a FREE Mystery gift when I become a Magnificent Maker AND a Supreme Sewer?
Yes! If you become both a Magnificent Maker AND a Supreme Sewer within one year, you will receive a gift when you enter each tier respectively. Yay! Please note, there is a limit of one gift per customer, even if you achieve this tier again in the following years.
I am a new customer who redeemed points towards a $5 gift card. My friend gave me their $5 gift card, can I stack and use multiple gift cards with different customer names on my order? No. Due to fraudulent orders, only one gift card per customer, per household, per customer name can be used on a single order from gift cards earned from signing up to our rewards program. You may only use gift cards you have earned yourself, or have received as a gift from an order where the gift card was paid for with real money. Orders will be canceled automatically if this happens.
Value of rewards points range from 1.78% to 6% and are based on the rewards item or discount you redeem. Rewards points and perks have no cash value and must be redeemed at checkout in the form of a unique code. Rewards points or perks for individuals can be terminated at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel the rewards program at any time and nullify the value of the points or perks that were issued. Rewards points or perks that are used accidentally can be reversed and placed back into customer accounts. Rewards and perks are tracked via customer email addresses, and there is a limit of one rewards account per customer. Points or perks cannot be shared or transferred between customers. Reward perk tiers reset each year on your anniversary of joining the program, you must earn your way through the tiers each year to unlock the perks and rewards granted per tier. Rewards points expire after 180 days of no further purchases, you will receive reminder emails before this happens.
