Our NEW and improved Rewards Program is coming July 31st, 2023. You'll love the exciting new rewards coming your way. :) Please note, you will still continue to earn and can spend your points on redeemable gift cards you can use at checkout in the meantime.
Existing points will expire on July 31st, 2023 when the NEW program begins. Be sure to use them before then! See below for additional details.
Please note: Your existing points will expire when the NEW Rewards Program starts on July 31, 2023. You will also continue to receive and can redeem rewards all the way up until the new program starts - no changes there!
However, if you have points, but don't have enough to redeem for a $5 Gift Card before the new program, we'll send you a $5 Gift Card or $5 in equivalent points for free.
I.e. Cathy has 4,000 Reward Points before the program ends. She then cashes 3,600 of her points for a $5 Gift Card. This leaves her with 400 points. This isn't enough for the lowest gift card amount. We'll be sending Cathy the equivalent of a $5 Gift Card or equivalent point value (which is a bonus!) This way you don't "lose" any points, and will receive a bigger reward in the end. It's our way of saying thank you for being great customers. :)
How do I check my points balance or perks progress?
Click on the Pink "Rewards" tab on the bottom left-hand side of your screen. You must be logged in to your account to see your rewards balance.
I redeemed a reward by mistake, help!
Email us and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund your points!
I'm an International customer. Do I qualify for the FREE Shipping reward?
Sorry, the FREE Shipping reward is for Canada/U.S. only.
I haven't shopped with you in over 6 months. Where are my points?
Please note, if you haven't made any purchases with us in 6 or months (180+ days) your points will expire. You will receive several email reminders leading up until this date.
I canceled an order, where did my points go?
When you cancel an order, the rewards points you were granted are removed from your balance.
Can I spend points I earned in-store with my online purchase and vice versa?
Yes! Both in-store and online purchases are considered the same.
